I want to share some of the locations in Scotland and the US which I enjoyed writing about in (The) Last Year. For a start, here’s a view of the Scaur Water, where John gives himself a good talking to one night.
Scotland and Iceland
Another wee piece from the Yellow Door exhibition: Iceland is the country that Scotland sometimes yearns to be. Its independent, self-governing, confident chippiness appeals to that part of the Scottish identity which longs to tell the rest of the world how unique we are.
